Template Editor not responding
 

I am trying to edit the size of the font on my forum and I am getting this message; it's not redirecting me back to the editor, it just stays locked with that message, and it's not editing the font. I disabled all plugins because I thought there may be a conflict but the problem persists. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Is there anything in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)? Are all the files default on your site (check Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Version)? Are there any child styles to Black and White? Is CSS stored in the database or the filesystem?

I don't have access to the error_log, and I wouldn't know what to look for if I did. My host said the CSS would be stored somewhere in the web content that I'd have access to, so I will do some searching.

This is the list of things that came up when I checked the suspect file version. I omitted the results that didn't say they were not recognized as a part of VB, and highlighted the File Not Found result.

There are no child styles to Black and White. I may have deleted the original VB style because the Black and White style is the only style in Style Manager :erm:

You will want to upload any file that says "file not found". You will also want to replace any file that says "does not contain expected contents" with a totally default file.

Update: In case anyone else has this problem, I fixed the error by uploading the missing cssrollup_vbulletin.xml file. Thanks again Lynne.
