Phone verified accounts for registering, like craigslist does

When you register on Craigslist you have to submit your phone number. Craigslist texts you a code that you have to include in your registration before you can complete your registration.

Is anything like this available for Vbulletin?

Yes and No. :D

Google TeleSign for how it's done.

I do have a complete add-on that interfaces vBulletin 4.1.x to TeleSign, but it isn't free and it is by no means cheap. ;)
