Support System like vbulletin.com!
 
I really like the vbulletin support where I email to contact@vbulletin.com and a auto reply with a url link to see my support ticket is sent back to me. Is this part of the VB suite or license? If not, can someone recommend me a simliar support ticket system? Thanks!
