Yes, I looked at those usergroup. They 'sparkle' or whatever you want to call it. they just have a sparkly background image for them.

I don't see the glow because I'm using firefox. google sends me here - http://www.thehelper.net/forums/showthread.php?t=44177

I can't help with IE as I don't use it at all.
