Adding a signature image
 
Hello.
When I want to add a picture to my administration area I get an error message why?

Please start by running the File Upload Diagnostics from the AdminCP -> Maintenance.

Thanks for the quick answer.

Indeed this is a problem, but unfortunately I do not have access to the server is there a way to fix the problem?
