I installed a style and deactivated my defualt yet it still shows up?

Im setting up my forum and I did this style

I thought I deactivated the default blue style, I tried removing it but it wont let you. For some reason it shows only the senelance style on the drop down box at the bottom of the page yet its not working and did last night. Its selected on sembalance too.
