Ok, I got a new project and I need to clarify this:

Does the 'Dancing Banana' is Copyrighted!?!?!

That actual image? probably. I know countless of amount of people have made their own dancing emoticons (including myself) but some actually use the images and crop bits (and may be breaching copyright) whilst others construct theirs entirely from scratch.

why not use a flying dutchman instead of the banana?!

Well I like it...

but it's an internet phenomenon or somebody is the creator...

Does this guy created the banana or just animated?

With two people showing as the creators I'm guessing one designed whilst the other animated the image whilst both of them collaborating during this project.

Well the guy have a facebook profile, trying to contact him...
according to records, it's an AudioVisual work [animated]
but do they entirely created the banana or just took it from another place??? [very common these days...]

They may have done. again, I'm not entirely sure but if you have a contact, then chances are the author will be able to fill you in more.

*wonders what project josh is working on that entails using dancing bananas*
