e-steki Banlist v1.2

Its functionality and installation instructions are the same as v1: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=103190 so go read there.

v1.1 is better only under the hood: I fixed some bugs and optimized the code.

It works for 3.6.x as well and it might work with 3.5.x.

Changelog:

v1.2

Fixed bug that showed the liftdate as 1/1/70
Fixed bug that required someone to set the users per page for the hack to function
Added new setting for the banned usergroupids (useful if you have many)
Fixed bug that showed one less user per page (if you had set it to 10 per page, it showed 9)

Did you set how many usernames you want per page?

Works fine for me on 3.7.3 pl1

For temp bans the lift date shows as 12-31-1969
