New User registration problem
 

I have my forum setup so that I have to moderate new members before they are allowed access... Well the past few users that have signed up aren't showing up in the "Moderate Users" section. When I look at their profile it says awaiting email confirmation (usergroup). Any ideas? If I can't accept them then they will never access the site which will turn away users...

how long have you had your forum running? this usually happens when the confirmation e-mail gets put into their junk mail folder, or is just blocked by their mail server for some reason. I have a lot of these on my board. you can go into the user edit, and re-send the confirmation e-mail hoping that it will make it through this time and they'll see it.

My forum has been up for over a year...
