Limit number of Threads per Usergroup

I want to limit the number of threads a usergroup can post in a certain forum.

Like:

Usergroup A can post 5 threads per month in Forum F
Usergroup B can post 20 threads per month in Forum F
Usergroup C can post 100 threads per month in Forum G
Usergroup D can post 0 threads per month in Forum G

etc.

How? :)
