Refund [require] - Is Vbulletin scam?

I've made 2 payment. One on v4rum.com domain for myself, expiry Date Apr 07th '08. 2nd on dalatgsm.com domain for my friend.
Then, the license on dalatgsm.com domain was deleted cause had many fraudulent on it.

Now, vbulletin deleted both license. The Supporter said

what is this about??

Marco van Herwaarden 09-17-2007 07:41 AM

You can post this on as many forums as you want, but there is only 1 place to get this resolved and that is using the support system where you will get a response by an official support member. No other site (including vB.org) can look into your transaction details or explain the reason of a license revocation or refund.

You may call it what you want but based on the story you have provided it does not seem Jelsoft "scammed" you, but itstarted the other way round. As a protection Jelsoft will have canceled your other license and started a process to refund your money for that license. A refund takes some time to be processed (both by our administration and the Payment Processor). Also if you start a dispute, then the transaction is "locked" by PayPal and a refund is not even possible until the dispute is settled.

If your intention is to resolve the dispute, i strongly suggest you continue your conversation with hte Support staff as that is the fasted (and only) way to get things resolved.

Closing thread here.
