Unlicensed Not update here
 
I'm showing up as unlicensed here but I fixed the problem At vb.com and it doesn't
updated here.
what can i do to fix the problem here ?

I don't remember if I registered here with the same email that I registered in vb.com

There is nothing we can do, we have no access to your account, or details, with Jelsoft.

How can you be sure you have done everything when you can't remember if you used the same e-mail address, that's a contradiction. You must make sure you have taken all the required steps.

this is happening because i did change my email more than 5 times in vb.com and the system automatically block you when you do so, i do not have any problem at vb.com
it is here my problem.

I did that, I registered there with this email {newyorkint@yahoo.com

Goto your usercp here and click on the email button on the left side it will tell you what email you registered here with.
