into vBulletin to the registration page so the members will pay for there membership by credit card.

You can add the extra fields via the control panel if I am correct that should show up in the registering. (v2.0 only feature)

But I am unsure how you make sure the field is required.

Not to mention security.

I would NOT put this into vb! Instead, use a merchant account, and have a subscription website, the user pays for access for a year, and you give them a password that allows them to access the website, including the forums. There are dozens of merchant accounts that let you sell subscriptions to a website, most of them are probly in the adult biz, but you can find non-adult ones also, however, plan on paying 3 - 8% for this service.

but I think I can't make more than one username and passowrd to access the web site :(
