Licensing question
 

Don't really know were to post this but here goes...

I just registered this account and I used the email adress that I put in the member's area. How come it still says I show up as unlicensed? Has this system a cool-down period or something like that?

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

you might want to try updating your email here once or twice and there :)

nope, it's updated immediately when you submit the form.
during the vb3 upgrade i have run some tests, so i know that for sure :)

You're still unlicensed. Mmm... try submitting the form again, and make sure the case is correct.

He's now showing up as licensed :)

I've noticed that it does take a few hours recently... I wonder why.

It does seem as if there's a delay of some sort. I'll ask one of the vB team next time they comes online in the IRC chat. :)
