Force post icon
 

Very simple release, a small plugin that forces a user to choose a posticon when creating a thread. You can change the error message by editing the phrase force_posticon_error.

It's only for new threads, and on some forums using a post icon is needed. A good example if this would be Facepunch http://www.facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

Yes

I made a slight change in the plugin code to force the user to select a specific thread icon. (I had a forum where I wanted every post to have a specific icon). That may be something you want to add in the future, the option to specify one or one of a specific set of icons selected.

Just what i needed , but dose it work with 4.1.9 or 4.1.10 but great mod.

As this is "Re-Usable Code" I was asked to add an option so you can set the requirement per usergroup.

Bug on Allowed Usergroups Error page ? I cannot Tick usergroups,when i Tick usergroups but Always Unticked,Please fix this problem?

I can't duplicate this error- works fine for me on 4.2.0 and 4.0.8 and this is the same code I use in all my mods for choosing usergroups.

Can you please try to edit the usergroups in one of my other mods and see if you get the same warning?

Your other mods usergroups Ticked or Unticked working without any error ! only i get this mod error when save page also when i Tick usergroups but Always Unticked?

The tapatalk users have a problem with this plugin, they can't select an icon. I had to disable.

Actually it seems like a pretty good idea. For one, this is something that will stop most spam scripts in their tracks... and it will only delay a person by a few seconds.
