Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:

not yet try your suggestion...
for you info, if i click new member... (registration about for 2-3 months, it works. but for old member, for 1 year... it won't display the profile..) why? thanks |
Did you import your users from another board or something? It would be good to know the difference in circumstances between the working user profile and non-working user profile.
|
yes, our techinician.. has import our users from old forum to the new one..
what should we do? |
I have seen users mention this problem over on vb.com. It has to do with the birthday (or another day, can't remember) not getting imported correctly/at all. Try searching over there cuz I'm pretty sure I saw the query to use to fix it there.

Did you search over at vb.com like I suggested? And check the birthdays on the working and non-working profiles.

Probably the 3.7 or 3.6 forums. Just search for "content encoding error" or similar from your error. This may help - Content Encoding Error

I'd suggest looking at the rows in your database and figuring out the difference between a 'working' and 'non-working' profile. There must be something different in one of the columns. Try looking at the birthday column first. |
You can post in the modification thread, so that the author may investigate the issue.
|
okay, thank you
