Installation

Upload the styles folder to yourforum/images

AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Download/Upload Styles -> Import SEOvB Green 3.8.xml

To take full advantage of the skin Upload the included product.xml file

AdminCp -> Product Manager -> Upload Product -> product-seovb_dynamic_skin1.xml

I don't how someone would use this skin, when your Adsense code is hardcoded in the product..

That's bad practice imo

Not really since its not even an active option in the skin, I had it there for my own purposes and never removed it for the release, the option doesn't even do anything when enabled for anyone who downloads this.

And the code is easily removable via the options page if your real paranoid about something that doesn't appear :roll:

The skin looks real nice. You should probably just remove the adsense code since you said it doesnt do anything it is pointless having it there for many reasons, plus you will only get complaints about it lol.

You were told after the sale of the site you had 30 days to move it. You didn't move it for months after, and I hosted the site for free for months. Whatever was on the server when it was shut off is gone, and not my problem.

hey you need to edit your plugin since you are missing a ;

for fixing this error :

just open the plugin his mod use and add a ; to wich one dont have

updated the xml and removed adsense code that had no effect along with fixing the missing ; in the plugin.

Simply download the product file attached to the post and reupload

Trying to add product-seovb dynamic skin1.xml from the first post and keep getting it saying invalid file.

Any ideas?

Do have a question if this style can be set for more of a fluid version?

Its fluid by default. You could make the side images smaller if you wanted to widen it up some more for smaller resolutions.

Can you please show how to change the background for the log in section on the header?

Just out of curiosity
what does this code do?

The width and height atributes are setting a 1X1 pixel size. (small so no one will see it.) If I'm not mistaken, everytime that code is loaded http://seovb.com/forums/cron.php?rand=1231552599 is trying to be loaded as a 1X1 pixel image. Is it running a cron job everytime the page is loaded, tracking sites using his skin or setting a cookie?

Moved to GY pending explanation of what that code is there for.

That code isn't executed on anyone's site, its just a false claim.

Check your footer you won't find it any where.

Few questions...any reason you used jpg instead of say gif or even png? Also would you happen to have psd's for this instead of editing the gif for the header and maybe even for the buttons?

i'll have to dig thru my backup cd's and find the original release. I'll release the psd soon as I find it and it'll have the buttons and header with it as well.

It's executed on your forum site in the footer. Did you not see the question mark at the end of the sentence? I wanted to know what the code does, hence the question mark. Don't worry about it now....UNINSTALLED!

The code is standard vBulletin code thats executed on all vBulletin themes, how or why it showed to only one user is beyond me.

The code is generated on all vBulletin forums for any functional vBulletin theme.

If you don't know what the cron image does, then I suggest asking at vBulletin.com or in the general help forum.

I was asking about code on the demo which is linked from the first post on the Org. ;)
If this is such an easy answer, than why not answer it instead of dragging it on in several replies.

Again if you need to know about standard vBulletin coding and more particularly the $cronimage thats in all footers and the code thats generated for it or what its there, I suggest asking at vBulletin.com as apparently the staff here is also unaware of the $cronimage.

If you have questions about vBulletin coding or styles for vBulletin in general I'd be more than happy to assist but this thread isn't the place for it.
