So it`s good modification but i think will be better if there are more options for setting in AdminCP such as "To Show /or not preview message text", "Number of latest posts for show", "Updated time of new posts", "id forums, who thread will not show"etc. For change it whithout editing code in files

It'd be good if it could work as a single line ticker.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Uploaded files properly, modified the template as instructed above, and turned on the plugin. The template appears just fine, but no posts are being pulled. Board is active and I posted a couple of times but nothing appeared. I tried the other vbiSPY plugin and that worked perfectly so I know this does work, but for some reason your version isn't functioning. Uninstalled and will see if others experience problems. Perhaps there is a reason why this is happening, but don't have the time to run diagnostics on everything yet. Will upate if I get it running eventually. Thanks!

Found a way to limit the items! Go to the h_live template and set spymax = #
What's the difference between this and just clicking new posts?

Now i'm just trying to get it to quit cycling through all of them on each page load.

are usergroup permissions used? e.g. can a user see secret things / posts in a hidden adminareaforum by using that tool? :)

anyway make it work on non-vb pages ?

figured out how to exclude forums:

open the .php file and search for:
$blockforums .= ','.$forum['forumid'];

where the ',' is, put the forumid's in place of the , and make sure you have a , after the last forum id, so it should look like:

'1,2,3,4,' and that will stop post from showing from forumid's 1-4.

I love this Forum Live Feed mod, so much so I was wondering if you could do something just like it. Would it be possible to make a mod just like this, except showing live picture comments?? the live feed is awesome!

Like a thumbnail of the photo...then what they said and then the name of the poster, then you can click on it to view the photo and comment, Then you could hit "more" to see ALL the picture comments.

Is this something you can do? I would be willing to donate
