Ok, Here are the tables that need to be deleted from your phpmyadmin for anyone who had the same issue as me.
Table: Administrator
field: rpgadminperms

Table: usergroup
field: rpgperms (or something but it had rpg prefixed to it)

Table: user
fields: rpg, items, inventory

After that install the patched files. They can be found on page 42 of this thread or you can pm me and i'll send em to you.

After that start the installation over again and the hack will install without problems.

Everytime i try to run the installer on this hack this error shows up Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/bryansre/public_html/testvb/installer/hacks/rpg_integr_hack/install.php on line 20

What version of vb are you running? My first advice would be to delete the install.php file from your FTP and re-upload it. It's possible you may have lost a character or two during the upload. It happens sometimes.

MySQL Error : Duplicate column name 'rpgadminperms'

i'd love to have this hack, but everytime I try to install this, it gets hung up on step 4:
