make sure your chdir is set to

/home/synergy4/public_html/forum/

:) if theres still a problem after that lemme know

copy your $header and $navbar templates as they are into vbxirc_header and vbxirc_navbar

HOWEVER javascript dropdown menus WILL NOT WORK with the java applet there

hhmm cant connect

iv tried

irc.kinexuseurope.co.uk port 6667
irc.quadspeedi.net port 6667
irc.orkan.net port 6667
irc.panthar.net port 6667
ircd.neuronnexion.fr port 6667

I am connected to linknet on my BNC with
irc.quadspeedi.net port 6667
so i know thats ok.

ERROR
Connecting...
Unable to connect : null

I also tried turning my firewall OFF so port 113 for ident is open but still no luck

yes and to make sure iv just done it again, still same thing

Only thing i have done was to delete the "chat" template from an old version as this has its own

well your current server

irc.panthar.net doesnt work for me in mIRC either so...

figured it out, thats an SSL server

added
irc.link-net.org

and its working :) great job and intergration :)

it's working for me but i have some problems. The best would be if you check it out on yourself ;)
