check the main options for vBXirc to allow guest's yes or no :)

Allow Guests is set to "no"

I dont want guests to be able to use the chat room. But if a registered member is not logged in, it would be good to allow them to login and be forwarded to the chat. As it stands the login screen is presented to them, but after entering a user:pass they get the 404 page.

Got this error:

"Startup error : java.lang.illegalAccessError: irc/security/prv/SpecificMSSecuredProvider"

Gio sounds like a firewall setting/server issue

your vbxirc worked for me before the upgrade however.

I checked with my member, they got the same error too.

Also, how would I be able to use my own Header and Navbar, instead of the default.

first reupload the default files and clear your caches

just customize the tempaltes :)
