I have it working in my forum if anyone wants to see another demo. The only thing I had to tweak was the padding.

But there is a problem ... when the user changes his avatar the avatar doesn't change

I just switched my avatar storage from the database to the file system. I need to change the avatar url, but I'm a little nervous to do so. I'm looking in your XML file and see the variable. Based on the previous few lines of code, I'm not so sure what I should change it to.

Any suggestions?
