How would I edit the XML files, so I can add a new video service? There are a few more I'd like to use on my site.

Will this Install straight on top of my other version that was coded by the other Guy,
also will i be able to keep my videos that are already been added before??
i would hate to have to start from scratch

Until vb4 goes gold... I wont even be STARTING vb4 work.

Why I can't delete video comments?? And my avatar doesn't appear at comments too... very weird :confused:

I'm having the problem where I can't post comments on videos (as an Admin) - getting the "Invalid Video" error. I've checked usergroup permissions and Admins are set to be able to post comments. What else do I check? I searched this thread and couldn't find a fix.

Sorry Guys this thread is way too long and i can't find any fix to my issue.
I've just installed this mod and i'm testing it.
When i post a new HD Video from YouTube and i play it, the video player size is small as default and not big as the HD Video should be.
Do you guys know if there is any option or any variable in the code to fix it?

Sgroove, before clicking on "load information", just change the HTTP to HDEF and then it'll convert to the larger video size after you click "load information".

Hi, Thank! Is exactly what i'm doing but,adding &=fmt18 or 22 at the end of the link, the video size doesn't change.

Anyone knows the solution to this issue?
If I put a link in HD (&fmt=22) when i add a new Video, the video player size doesn't get bigger.
And the Hoster in the Hoster in Video Details stays YouTube instead that to switch to YouTubeHD.

No need to add the extra part to the end. Only need to change the HTTP to HDEF. That should do it.

Does anybody know if there is a way to published the most recent videos on a non-vbulletin page? Like a module that can be called by javascript or php and I can place on any HTML page?

The mod has an RSS feed, so you can use the feed to display it on another page. I used http://www.feedsweep.com and display it on the forum homepage of my site in the side column. That way, it's a simple widget that you can style and display as you wish. :up:

Doesn't seem like the RSS was setup to display the thubnails. They are enclosed, but don't show by default.

I was thinking about updating my board to vb4 at least when it gets RC....but as this mod is so popular on my board I just can't do it without this one.

I seem to be having some issues after upgrading from Survivor?s version (1.1.0 RC2) to this one (1.3.0). Since my site is live I had to revert back to Survivor?s version again until I can fix these bugs.

1. The top ___ contributors: instead shows as Top %1$s Contributors:

3. The pre-existing videos do not load and you can only view the tags, details, and comments. I also noticed that it is using youtube-nocookie.com instead of youtube.com, is this normal? If not how would I change it.

Guys, I don't blame Jaxel for not repeating himself to answer the same questions over and over. Please research the answers before simply asking.

There is a "search this thread" option towards the top right of this thread, simply click that and put in a search term such as "vBSEO" or "install" and read the responses.

Jaxel has been very supportive of this mod from the inception, but it's just silly to think that he'd have to answer the same questions repeatedly.

Whenever I add a mod to my site from vB.org, I research it as much as possible. Odds are that another admin has already asked and received a response to that question.
