@ShawneyJ ... I am not arguing your advice here. Your advice is solid :) Just trying to assist him to getting to square-A. He should do a full backup after he is up and running and then try to remove it as you suggested.
@Terrablade, if you have not backed up your site already. You should be doing that immediately. Always, always back up your site before and after doing any work on it. My small sites are backed up every hour and my large ones are backed up in multiple fashions almost continuously. All of my development is done on a local test site then a test site on the production server, before it is released for full production. |
