Actually the price is reasonable, if you have your own dedicated server, this fee is for lifetime and you can get many functions and free tech support as well.

If you do not have dedicated server, the fee just start $20 per month.

Do you mean a fee to have a vbulletin license or are you speaking of the cost of the actual software?
