Also, the uninstaller wont work, because it never finished the installation, so its is assuming it was never installed. I have already dropped the new tables that were added. Can you post a list of the tables that were altered so I can manually put them back as well? Thanks.

The issue is rooted in a class that is defined in a vBulletin file.
If the class didn't exist, the error would be something else.
And since 25 or so people have installed it without these problems, I dare say its your files :p
I can't answer you on most of the problems you have by manually removing the shite, though I can tell you that the datastore stuff can be removed the same way youd remove a row in another table.

Frustrating cuz I havnt had any issues installing anything else. Then again, this is one of the few hacks that do not use the plugin/produt system the new way.

Oh well, maybe one day I will sit down and disable the 50 or so plugins to see if it is one of them affecting the install. Thx again.

I'm one of them :D And I'm loving it... though it'd be cool if the templates fit more in the rules of the vBulletin default (thus work on others well... aka, using the presentation as the vB default), but I'm just customizing them myself. It is a small price for having a big mod already done :D

Oh, one thingis the rpg_misc.php file wasn't included in the zip... the one that is meant for the /admincp/

Well, it's not always a good idea to install too much, as that makes it harder maintainance. Also, the setups that require manual vBulletin PHP file edits is very changing for someone with a poor PHP knowledge, as that is how these errors intend to occur. What you could do is use the uninstall.php file and try reruning the install.

Anyways, I might even release some template plugins on this hack :D I already have at least one that I could do, make a dropdown menu for the RPG links...

Yea, i tryed that, but would run thru it. Was able to uninstall it be removing the product (which i'm not sure why it was there, when i got the error when importign the product) and then just dropped the tables.

I know when installing alot fo addons, you can run the risk of errors ect.. tho I am not the only one who doesn't have alot installed. Not a big deal. I will try it again when I have some more time to work with it one on one..

I realize you say that either uCash/uShop or eBux/eStore can be used with this. However, since I've never used either of those, which is the best to combine with this RPG mod? The only reason I would be installing uCash/uShop or eBux/eStore would be to make this RPG mod work.

I can't actually install this mod, but anyway it shouldn't matter which one you use. Just a matter of preference. I'm sticking with eBux/eStore myself on the basis of level of support and it's also not in beta.

I just dont understand what the point of eBux/eStore is. I read the features list, but still I guess unless I install it, I really dont understand what its all about.

I didn't get it either until I installed it, and I only installed it because another mod required it. It's a nice little addition to have I suppose.

You need to have a specific comment present in your navbar:

This is present just below the </div> in the default navbar template.

the "is game Master" option in usergroup ,settings what it does?

It allows users in this usergroup to do the following actions:

• Purchase/use items regardless of Level and Battle Type
• Override the In Battle check (Heal/Update Stats/Buy items)

/installer/index.php and the RPG appears in the list. If it doesn't, you didn't upload the /installer/ directory properly.
There's no checker against a submit using those values. The user will just not be able to battle.

This is a brilliant addon to VB, my hat goes off to you. its way much better than the IPB attack system.

ive checked the file edit in the postbit_legacy and it all seems ok. also in the admin panel of RPG ive set the points field to eBux and the currency name to Gil.

any ideas please?
