CN is for all services, the forum here would be for vBulletin related services, nothing more. So many people like to announce the new opening of their website, new skins, new graphics, and other such items, I felt it would be a nice thing to see.

So far it is 6/4 in favor of opening it, the voting will keep moving for a few more days.

I'd like to see some sort of ad forum

Well, as a general low down on he rules a few would include.

1). Only 1 post per 5 days
2). No bumping of posts
3). No referral links

More will be appended, should it pass, as above, the voting will go on for a few more days and then I will go from there.

From a draft of the rules I've seen I can assure you that they're sufficiently strict.

Probably more so strict once completed and if voted in :).

Well I was going to be a no but you're very good at changing minds I give you that. :p

heh, well if all goes as planned, the forum, if passed, will work well and probably will benifit some of the members here. I feel it will start off slow, but it will be a nice addition.
