It lists all the changes in each file and tells you what to do to make it the latest version, like find something and replace with Something Else.

Yep, we are talking about two different things. Obviously your list would definately need to wait for a final release. My thinking was just for a file listing of those files that did have changes made in them. Not a listing of what was changed. This would be just to shorten the time needed to update by not having to use beyond compare on ALL the files. Just the ones that were listed. Kind of like how they list which templates were modified so you don't have to compare all the templates to find out which ones had changes.
