I'd really like to see this is well. I still feel this is one of the biggest missing features in vB and I still don't understand why this isn't a standard feature since the staff over at vb.com apparently uses this a lot.

I agree with you and have created a similar mod for my forum, but it was feature only available to admins. However I like your idea of everyone having their own custom replies they can implement, therefore I will code this and release it as custom modification.

I would love you to death if you would release this. For my personal (forum) use it would be most important within the infraction system and moderators and up only, but any plugin would do actually .. I'm dying to implement this and it would help us so much!
