Ok, Here are the tables that need to be deleted from your phpmyadmin for anyone who had the same issue as me.
Table: Administrator
field: rpgadminperms

Table: usergroup
field: rpgperms (or something but it had rpg prefixed to it)

Table: user
fields: rpg, items, inventory

After that install the patched files. They can be found on page 42 of this thread or you can pm me and i'll send em to you.

After that start the installation over again and the hack will install without problems.

What version of vb are you running? My first advice would be to delete the install.php file from your FTP and re-upload it. It's possible you may have lost a character or two during the upload. It happens sometimes.

We told you guys a couple of times already that this hack doesn't work on vB 3.6.x without an patch, which you can get here.

It seems you have another RPG hack (Inferno?) installed on your forum. You must completely remove it before installing this hack.

You get that error, because you're trying to install a vB 3.5x hack on vB 3.6x. Read my post a few scrolls up to get the link to the patch.

i have one member, who keeps on saying he cant heal after a monster battle.

I hv directed instructions to go to heal centre and place the cursor inside the box to type the required figure to heal.

My user does that but all the time cant click onto the icon to heal..Anyoe know what is the prob here?TIA.

I keep getting this error when trying to view a thread. I am using vb 3.6.8 and I DID use the patch, however I got an error during installation.

I dropped all of the tables from my DB and disabled the hack via ACP. Any ideas on how to fix it? -.-

If anyone wants to know how to get past this error on step 4, you delete the following fields from the tables:

Also, you need to delete any tables that begin with rpg_ (example: rpg_example)

after you delete those, run the patch.


Now, for my newest problem, is after I've done all of this, I can finally get past step 4, but I again get halted at step 5 with this NEW error!:

so far I love this hack.....but there are some issues I can´t solve...

I´d like to know when the support forum reopens? I want to launch the rpg on my plattform quickly, but I cannot do so, as long as I can´t explain some things....

e.G. if I use elixir in a battle, potion etc. the rejuvenation is alway 0. And: where can I set up, what the amount of several items is, e.g. restoring HP.

dang, all i want is a simple member vs. member battle mod that lets you buy weapons, spells, etc. with the credits you've earned on other parts of my board, like my casino.
People love to get credits, but they dont have any uses for them. I mean, I could 'sell' stuff through the iShop mod but what good does that do? Just to display them? I need a real use for them!
Well, hopefully somebody can maybe make something similar to this and support it. I'm no coder at all and far from it. I just run a star wars collecting forum. :D
