Plugin to stop users from bumping threads

I have a forum for users to sell things, but i don't want threads with 42308302 bumps, so a plugin that woud only allow a user to have 2 posts on the same thread would be great, since he would have to delete the previous post (bump) to post another :)

or you could just enable the setting to not allow double post
