Database error in vBulletin 3.0.8:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO settinggroup (grouptitle, displayorder, volatile) VALUES ('uttpoints', '1081', '0')
mysql error: Duplicate entry 'uttpoints' for key 1

mysql error number: 1062
Where does the supposed error happen? When running the install script

I get the same error when peoples are trying to sign up at my forums. It's working again now when i removed the hack.

Whats wrong?
