I am a dark mage lv 8, how do you get spells, because their are none at all in the category list in my admincp, and none of the items appear in my itemshop, just weapons.

Add Category -> Battle Type dropdown
That should create you a category with Spells, Potions or whatever you choose. Then go to Add Items and do just that ;)
Btw: No, I won't give out a schema of "proper" Buff values, this is relative to each forum so it's too unpredictable.
Btw2: "Buff" is explained in the FAQ stickied in this forum.

Wait a second, so I have to add custom spells? because in the dropdown there are just weapons and items.

ok so .... thanks :) I just realized what you meant hope no more problems come up, so I just custom do the armor and stuff right, thats cool I guess this hack can be really good when its customized right I just need to spend more time on it.

Yea all weapons and items have 0 set as their buff when you install the hack. You can change them to suit your preference.

Buff doesn't have a damage multiplier but it does determine how much is does

If the Battle Type is Spells, it controls the Damage dealt/healed.
If the Battle Type is Items, it controls the Damage healed.
If the Battle Type is Weapons, it controls the Attack Power.
If the Battle Type is Armor, it controls the Defence Power.
If the Battle Type is Shields, it controls the amount of damage Shielded when used in battle.
