In each zip file, there is a file called "UpgradeToTheLatestVersion". If you read throught hat file, it will tell you what you have to do to upgrade to the latest version. The file is in reverse sequential version order, so if you are at (say) 3.4.12 and want to upgrade to 3.4.14 (which is the latest, you have to find the section which is called "Upgrade from 3.4.12 to 3.4.13" and do what it says, then find the section "Upgrade from 3.4.13 to 3.4.14" and do what it says.
I hope that covers your question.

I upgraded the tempalate....... But I don't get this part:
UPGRADE FROM VERSION 3.4.13 TO VERSION 3.4.14
---------------------------------------------
A couple of bugs found in admin_warn.php and Warn.php, related to the usage of additional usergroups for the management team. To upgrade, upload the distribution files to your web server and point your browser to the following URL:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/admincp/warn_install_setting.php
Do i have to edit any thing in PHP files?

Youu do not have the instructions for the Upgrade to 3.4.14? You mean they are not in the zip file?
In any case, to upgrade from 3.4.13 to 3.4.14 :
To upgrade, upload the distribution files to your web server and point your browser to the following URL:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/admincp/warn_install_setting.php

That's and the template edit was there. Do we have to upload all files again? Or can you list files we need to upload?

I can't remember which file I altered, but I think they were Warn.php and admin_warn.php, but don't take this for granted. Sorry, can't remember.

Will all my settings carry over if I just reupload ALL the files?

Yes, settings do not change by the files. What version are you currently running?

You shouldn't encounter any problems with the upgrade.

ok. Thanks I just re upload ALL Files.
I uploaded ALL Files but the hack version # still says 3.4.13. Should I just change that to 3.4.14?

Please read the upgrade instructions which are included in the file. Every time you upgrade AWS, you should point your browser to :
http://www.yourforum.com/admincp/warn_install_setting.php
This will make sure that any new settings the upgrade requires are done to your database and the version number is updated.
