ok i uploaded all the files, tried to run the install and got this error:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DIR/includes/adminfunctions_template.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mirph80/public_html/vb/install/his_files/hack_install_b4.php on line 32
i didn't change anything, should i have? thanks.
