Im about 90% sure at the moment it is because of all of your links in your NAVBAR template.

When users are logged in, they see more links, therefor its pushing everything across.

Over at vbulletin.org there is a hack released ( very small one ) which gives you a second navbar underneath your current one, if you use this, you can space out your links and everything should be ok.

Goodluck.

That's very nice of you of taking care of my problems. Thanks again. I came to Vbulletin.org and found some hacks about adding an extra navbar or drop down navbar. But I don't really want to mess up my template or edit any template :) . So I decided to edit the current header box and write a short HTML script right above the line <!-- / nav buttons bar --> . Now if you come back my web and you can see the result.
Have a nice day mate. ;)

it's http://www.whatever/forums
Sorry I have to deleted the url because my site only use for a private group of 40 members so we don't want alots of people knows about our site, sorry again.
There's one more problem, do you know why every time I tried to log out, it came up the message from Forum say that " An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out."
Is it something about the template? I don't think it's an cookie issue because before I change the forum to this style, the system could log out very good. Then I overwrited this style to the default style of Vbulletin, I got this error but I really don't know where to fix that problem.
Any help would be really appreciate.
