header on this style

how do i make the top header smaller as in to fit the page by width height is ok its the width of the whole thing here is the link to the template

hi i have noticed that u have placed numeras threads around the forums to do with the same thing ( 3 i counted ) plz dont do this. its not really my place to say but just be patient and somebody will help wether its a day or a week be patient i can garuntee somebody will help.
