I need help!!!!

Hey I installed a few different styles and it always stays the same?? I can't change the way the forum looks. I am new at all of this, is this because I didn't purchase the branding fee? I don't mind the Vbulletin as much as id like to change the design. Someone help me out!! Either via pm or otherwise.
