Finishing my design

Hey all,

I'm finishing my design, but I noticed my site looks good in Explorer and Crazy browser, but in Netscape the design just looks horrible...

Also I have 2 weird black borders that I can't get rid off...see attached screenshots...(it's should be using the alt2 class)

Any help to solve these issues is appreciated...
