Forum width

What do I have to edit in the style to make the forum go full in the browser? I have the header table at 100% but this is what I'm getting..

That image border you have around there, isn't that something you've put in there?

There is no border on the image.

here is the link.. I mad a background to make it look better but I still don't like the space on the top.
