Search for the phrase title

x_powered_by_vbulletin

in the replacement text remove the powered by vbulletin.

now it will just say

SITE NAME

He/she is not referring to the footer copyright, but the 'Powered by vBulletin' in the browser title.

If you are by any chance referring to the footer, ask at http://www.vbulletin.com/forum about what you can out of the footer text, take out. But the copyright must stay.
