Bought a skin, need help asap pleaseeeee.

I bought the skin called "surge" from extremepixels.... It doesn't come with a navbar, and with the other hacks I've installed, I reallllllly need a narbar thingy to link them... I was just wondering if someone would be kind enough to give me a helping hand.. Can't use the new skin til I have this done :o

You can do one of two things:
1: Create a custom NavBar
2: Copy the CMPS NarBar

Just add the code to the Header template in Surge...
