Okay I need help again..lol

I used a code and got a border to surround my fourms like the baby blue one here. Well now I've decided I want to make another skin with a graphical border all the way around instead of just a colored one. Anyone have any idea how to go about this. I know it will probably be a lot of recodeing or whatever, that doesn't bother me I've basically recoded my entire test board...Just need a hint on where and what to put where....
