I am the webmaster of http://www.neutralbattlegrounds.com and I want to code my own vB theme, much like:
http://www.templatefreak.com/templates/prev1/tf_262.jpg or
http://www.templatefreak.com/templates/prev1/tf_572.jpg
which are vB2 themes... However I don;t know which files to edit.
Alot of the stuff I like the layout, and a lot of thisng (like vbadvanced) take form off certain files, so as a minimum, besides Header and footer, what files do I have to edit? what fies do I not have to edit?

Anyone know where I can find a cood tutorial?

There are no files to edit, you need to edit the tempaltes :)

No I know that, but which ones? All 400 of em? For instance I like the way they look already (the layout) I just want difeerent images and colours... Pluss what are all the special characters, for instance if Iw ant to display the display name, I know some are not used, but I do not know what they are... ($bbuserinfo[name]) type of things... Has anyone put together a master list or is thinking about it? A nice little tutorial would be nice.
