Any Way to Get The PSD?

About a year ago I bought Geltech Cobalt for my old forum. I asked Damon to edit the slogan and the page name in the header, and everything was good. Problem is, never got the PSD. I've recently started a new forum(old one died) and I've been working on chopping up various styles that I've bought and making a new style. I want to use the header from Geltech, but never got the PSD. I emailed Damon about it a few times, but never got an answer. Is there any way to get the header PSD? Or will I just have to use a different header?

The author is the only one you can obtain a psd from asuming he still has one. It is also not considered good pratice to use others work in your own work without permission.

First, I won't be selling the skin, so it isn't illegal. Second, I bought all the skins, and everyone said something along the lines of "you can use any of the graphics included for your site". That's what I'm doing :).
