View Full Version : How I Change the color of the bar up top on the "Welcome box"

if you goto http://www.vocalprojects.com/forum/index.php? you see everything is green and everything but then on this bar up top by the welcome box it is blue. How do I change this? I looked everywhere.

that is PROBABLY due to a missing colspan?
