Need some help with color

Hi I'm not sure what it's called, but I can't seem to find how to change the color of the borders that surround the user options in the UserCP. I've attached a pic with arrows pointing at what I can't change the color of. Thanks :)

Go to your Admin CP - Style Manager - View all Style Options for the selected style. Scroll down to 'Panel Surround' and 'Panel (forms)'

This should be where you can edit those areas.

But in the pic I included it's not the green color I want to change. It's that black color line that surrounds the info. Like on this board near the "quick reply" below the box where it says "options" the box that surrounds "quote mesage in reply?".

How do I change the color of that black line?

It's an image, not a black line. You should see an image URL in one of the panel boxes, and you'd have to change that in order to change the color.
