Quick links popup problem on 100% width styles

Hello,

I change my styles' width into 100%,

It looks great but then I noticed that when I click on Quick Links, the popup isn't popup at the right place...

I also noticed that all styles with width 100% will encounter this problem.

please help, how do I fix this?

It's on my vb3 rc4 test board btw
