aah, need help

I downloaded a free style yesterday, it had been converted from VB2 to VB3 and looked great until I saw the postbit, notice how the edit/quote buttons do not align, I have tried but cannot fix this, was wondering if somebody here might help. I have attached the postbit, TIA.

I wasnt aware that style had been ported :/ why not ask the people who converted it?

Well I took a quick scan and noticed this error

Should be

<td width="100%" background="images/tech/bluelinebg.gif">
