HTML Problem

Hey, I attached an image on how I want to do my board. Problem being, when I insert my table it pushes the table with - Contact Us and all that over to the right. That right there is knocking the whole thing off.. This is what I want to do.

Dark Red is the table I want on the side.. The Bright red is the main forums.. and the dark red table at the bottom is the table that has those options in it.. Notice I still want the copyright wording centered still.
